Shell size to 11 mm; shell slender, elongate. Sculpture of three nodulose spiral cords and single smooth, narrow spiral thread just above suture. Base with single broad nodulose spiral cord. Outer lip internally with 3-4 denticles. Posterior canal well-defined. Color white. This species is more slender, has a relatively smaller aperture, and more delicate and regular sculpture than the preceding species, Peristichia agria.
