Star Mangelia

Shell size to 10 mm; shell turreted, with distinctly shouldered whorls. Spire high, occupying about 2/3 of shell length. Sculpture of about 11 axial ribs per whorl, with fine spiral striations between ribs. Color yellow to brown.
