Family Muricidae Chicoreus dilectus (A. Adams, 1855) Lace murex - 50 mm Shell highly ornamented with approximately seven whorls. Three major varices decorated with about ten hollow, frond-like spines. Aperture small, rounded. Siphonal canal recurved.
